Keep hydrated and the area moisturised the week leading up to your appointment, even exfoliate the area once or twice no closer than 24 hours before.
Do not let the area become sunburnt.
Avoid alcohol, Ibuprofen and caffeine for 24 hours before.
Get a good nights sleep, then shower and eat a good meal on the day.

Please avoid making a booking if you are planning on being in the sun for a long length of time or if there is a possibility your tattoo will be submerged in water because this will hinder the healing process.
Not everybody can have a tattoo due to medical reasons.
Please ensure the health questionnaire that will be sent after your booking confirmation is filled in honestly and to the best of your knowledge.

Please read carefully the aftercare leaflet that will be given to you at your appointment, there is an option to purchase an aftercare kit for £5.
To aid healing your tattoo will be covered with what is known as a 'second skin' this is a clear, waterproof, breathable wrap that you can keep on for up to 6 days.
Your aftercare is key to a nice crisp and healthy tattoo and it is your responsibility.
